Absolutely love it here!..Keep extending my stay! Small appartment but lovely and has EVERYTHING you could wish for!..I honestly don't get some of these lower scores reviews! It's lovely and clean!.. Fantastic n V approachable host who just goes the extra mile!Lovely Welcome touches! Quirky appartment very close to beach,pier,shops and all amenities! Booked a 3 HR boat ⛵ trip with Bend and Charlie ,our host and had an amazing time on his boat at Marina and he was showing us sites!BTF weather so ideal day out! Bed V V comfy! I would100 pc recommend staying here!I stay at loads air B n bs in Brighton .(7 in the last year)!But this is my Winner!I m definitely coming back really soon!😃

Hosts were very communicative, the flat has great amenities, diswashers, great shower - whirlpool bath if you want it ! great coffee machine, very comfy beds - even the sofa bed!

Breakfast one day was brilliant, hosts gave us a vouchers for a breakfast and coffee at The Pump House on the beach. Would have been great to have that both days, was a little confusing to have that only on one day.

The property was hugely over advertised. It is ridiculously small and kept at a very low standard, especially considering the price. It was £198 and twice the cost of what the average for that standard. It was advertised to have a spa, when in reality it was a bath with jets. When we entered the property, we were clearly not happy with the size of the property and then the owner aggressively tried to upsell the property which was very uncomfortable. Advertised to have a separate kitchen when in fact it was in a cupboard in the middle of the room. The bath was very dirty and the bed was clearly not changed from the previous tenants. The property although smaller than my kitchen offered a dart board, karaoke machine, led lights and a record player.

However this “top location” is far too overpriced good enough for a 1 person stay for the night but that’s a push, I wouldn’t recommend this to any couple as it is stuffy, crowded and too expensive not even to mention how unprofessional the owners are, overall wouldn’t recommend for the price.

On arrival, we were greeted by a friendly host who gave us a quick tour — it didn’t take long, as the place is very small. While it’s located right in the heart of Brighton, it really didn’t feel worth the £342 we paid for one night. The space was hot and stuffy, with a noticeable musty smell. It was relatively clean, though given the size, that shouldn’t be too difficult. The decor felt cluttered and random, with items like a karaoke machine, disco light, fox mask, and novelty head boppers scattered around. The bed situation wasn’t ideal — the double bed is on a raised mezzanine accessed by a ladder, which was a challenge after a couple of drinks. It’s clear this setup is to save space, but it wasn’t very practical or comfortable. This was a last-minute booking after our original hotel cancelled and we had a wedding to attend, so we didn’t have many options. Overall, the property was too cramped, too warm, and didn’t justify the price tag.

It was perfect for what we wanted. And the couple are absolutely lovely. We would very much stay again just for the quirky 🤪 bed.

Although it's compact that didn't put us off. We had everything we needed and right near the beach.

Avoid! This property was dirty, it stank, was very damp. Don’t waste your money or time people

The host was a plonker, refused to sort issues given. Would rather sleep on the park bench up the street
