Breakfast was very good.

The toilet was very low.

Location was very convenient as I had my own transportation. Did not get chance to interact with anyone working there so that reflects in the review rating selections fi different questions. Stayed only for one night. Checked in at 9:30pm and was out in the morning at 7:30am. Did not have time to sit and enjoy the breakfast as I was late to a meeting. Grabbed coffee, 2 boiled eggs and fruit to eat on the way to work as I was late. Had a good sleep. Bathrooms need more attention on fixing the faucets and cleanliness.

Overall it was ok but Bathrooms definitely need improvement

Good location, but this Hampton Inn is in desperate need of a major renovation of the guest room. We stay at Hampton Inns regularly and this one is not anywhere near the level of condition that the brand is known. All furniture in the room was scratched, dented, chipped, or stained. The walls well scratched and dented, with some poorly done repairs. The halls were the same. Dated wallpaper and rugs. The door was not aligned with the frame. The shower/tub had a mis-matched handle that did not match the settings.

Staff, when not on their cell phones they do try to help. Had to change rooms since shower didn’t work (too hot or ice cold). Inconvenience. Trash was found on floor in room, nasty. The bathroom light didn’t have a cover on it and finishes were worn. Hotel is in desperate need of a makeover, not new paint. They tried that 5 years ago. This hotel needs to be completely redone. Pics attached. Defined not worth the money we paid. Breakfast was good.

This is a Hampton Inn In name only because it is in serious need of renovation and not up to the Hilton standards that we expect. Our king bed room on the night of April 24, 2026 contained furniture with numerous scratches, a bathtub/shower with missing and cracked caulk, an old tiny TV and an air conditioning unit that was extremely noisy every time it cycled on. The room was clearly substandard.

Desperate on a road trip. I knew as soon as I walked in. We trust the Hampton Inn brand. We have never had an unpleasant experience…until this horrible and filthy property. The entire place reeks like a giant trash dumpster, full and steaming hot in the dead of summer. Want to relax and view some tv…? NOPE…NOT HERE. I was told they were, “Overdue on the bill” and there would be no local channels. Well, there was ONE CHANNEL…the rooms are disgustingly presented. The chairs in the lobby are stained. There are hundreds of terrible reviews, for quite sometime. Despite this, it was a full house. People need to STOP STAYING HERE. The owner replies and nothing improves! This is a huge name, with a huge name behind it…I literally cannot believe how absolutely revolting this place is…what I wouldn’t give to be home. I’m dreading the night in this rat hole. Like, honestly. I WILL be writing to the executive team for Hampton, I WILL get a credit or refund. These rooms are $200/night and that rate is highway robbery! This should be $80/night! The room was listed as having a microwave, ours was missing. I mean, A brand we trust, this is a disgrace. I stayed in the most beautiful Hampton inn, just last night. This place, I mean…wow. I cannot. It’s a complete dump. There used to be no excuse for this. I am writing this review in shock and disgust. I cannot even find the words any longer.

Plz don’t stay here, this place is dirty, dated, disgusting the 3 d’s lol…. They just let garbage pile up never seen anything like it garbage cans just overflowing… so many hotels in the area, do yourself a favor make this a last resort…

Stunningly in such poor condition I am surprised it is not condemned. If I weren't so tired I'd check out. Everything is in such abused condition, from door knobs to worn thin towels & carpet, broken wall lamps.....too many. Checked in at 5;30 pm...rooms still being cleaned...I had to wait. Owners/Management clearly out of their ability to run this business. Forty years of loyalty to Hilton brands and I finally found the 1st Hampton ever built I am thinking...Civil War era.

Well-used hotel in need of a makeover. Not up to our usual HI standards. In the room, a thin layer of dust on everything. Wood furniture was beat up and damaged. Upholstered sofa was dirty and stained. Curtains missing from window. TV worked but no local stations for news and weather. Toddler height toilet about 12 inches high made it difficult for these old Boomers with bad backs and knees. ADA height would have been better. Took 2-3 flushes to do the job. Mattress was old and worn out. VERY dog-friendly...they were everywhere. Walls are thin...could hear normal conversation in next room. Maid service only every other day, which I guess is standard now. On the plus side, location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to IHOP and Outback. Costco about a quarter mile (cheap gas!). Breakfast was standard HI fare, but the same 2 days in a row. There are plenty of hotels in this market...choose something newer. (Silver Hampton Honors member).
