"Great location, but the construction noise and lack of balcony access made the stay less enjoyable than expected."

You can’t beat the location. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. A great home base for exploring the area. Walking distance to the beach and an ABC store on every corner

While the hotel has a great location, our stay was impacted by ongoing construction. The noise started early and continued throughout the day, making it difficult to relax. We were also disappointed that the balcony was inaccessible during our stay, which was one of the features we were looking forward to. It would have been helpful to know about these limitations before booking.

"Great place to stay"

Excellent hotel. Lots of staff and great service. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and stores. Food is overpriced but that is every tourist place in Hawaii. It was nice to walk everywhere and see the beach and shops and walk back to the hotel. They had a balcony renovation going on but that should finish soon and didn’t affect us. We had a great view of diamond head and the beach. Would stay here again.

Our sea view room was very comfortable and the best part of our stay. You could just make out the sea if you stood at the right angle on the balcony.

Construction works. Plus we thought that we had booked a resort experience. This property is more so a large 3 star in need of a refurb however still charging 4 star rates plus a daily resort fee whilst the property was undergoing construction.

"Petty Management"

Did not like their late checkout policy. As Bonvoy member, they wanted to charge extra money just to stay until 1 p.m. Actually had 3 rooms and wanted to extend 2 of them only until 1 p.m. After spending 5000$ at the property over 4 days, it seemed a bit petty.
