Once again we enjoyed a beautiful stay at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino. We have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Aruba many times and we have never been disappointed. It is an absolutely beautiful resort and somehow managed to be even more beautiful this time. All new furniture at all of the bars and around the pool really elevated our experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing..so many choices from savory to sweet. Food constantly being refilled. The pools and the direct access to the beach give our family members the best of both worlds. Easily accessible bars and the best servers around!! In fact the entire staff at the Hyatt are top notch.. truly kind, helpful and friendly people! Every time we visit we are welcomed like family!

Great location on Palm Beach, wonderful staff, beautiful property and first-class amenities. Excellent dining options, fantastic family and adult only pool. Great beach front with water sports onsite.

We had a great vacation here! This is a wonderful family resort. We felt so safe here and our kids were able to run back and forth from the pool to the beach without any issues. The resort and rooms were very clean. The room was updated and spotless. The staff were all friendly but I never felt like they went above and beyond for anything. Not really a gripe, just an observation. The lobby is gorgeous- a beautiful place to sit and relax. We did reserve palapas and pool chairs but, even on days we didn’t we never had any issues finding chairs. The staff at the towel huts were always helpful. I would gladly return here!

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and our room was available early. Rooms were very clean.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Aruba was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and one I would gladly repeat. The highlight was the beach; absolutely beautiful, clean, and exactly what you hope for when visiting Aruba. The resort itself is just as nice, with greenery, well-maintained grounds, and a calming vibe that lets you unwind. What really stood out was the staff. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made both me and my family feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. You can tell they take pride in creating a great guest experience, and it made a meaningful difference throughout our stay. The accommodations were very good. Everything felt clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. As for the food, it was good overall; though a bit on the pricey side, which is to be expected in Aruba. While it may not fully compare to similarly priced options in the U.S., the quality was still solid and enjoyable for a resort setting. All in all, this was a wonderful, relaxing getaway. I would certainly go back.

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, Ruinas del Mae Restaurant, super nice!

The beach is too crowded and with motorboats and such.

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The location is great as you can walk everywhere. I traveled with my 14 yo daughter, we didn't need a car at all. The staff does what they are supposed to but they make is seem like you are bothering them and the food is average. If you are looking for a quiet beach this is not the place for you. There are a lot of tours that depart right in front of the hotel. The biggest drawback is the that you have to reserve lounge chairs for the beach/pool ahead of time and you have to go secure your spot before 9am otherwise you lose it. To get a good spot at the front you will have to pay $80 per say. Unacceptable! There are complimentary seats but most of them have obstructed views or they are so far back that you can't barely see the shore. And those have to be reserved as well. Overall, we had a great time despite the few drawbacks.

Had the absolute best experience staying at this Hyatt Resort last month! Such a beautiful property and extremely well ran- from the welcome drinks, to the resort activities, to the restaurants- everything was incredible and ran like a well oiled machine! The staff was top notch and made the stay even more memorable: Augie made the raise your glass activity so much fun, Mary at the smoothie bar was always so welcoming and kind and always was smiling, Luis & Dunaby Shinsen provided fantastic service, Edna at Ruinas was so friendly and knowledgeable, and Jenrick (J) down at the beach helping with chairs truly put a smile on our faces with his kindness, positivity, and incredible work ethic. I will be thinking about this trip for years to come and hope I can return soon because it was worth every penny and we enjoyed every second! Thank you to the Hyatt team for one of the best vacations!
