good location on the beach , clean , friendly staff, a map whould of been nice to get around the area , over all we had a nice trip.

Excellent value. A full five star experience from the staff to the service to the rooms and the grounds. Stacked up very favorably with The Ritz and St Regis at a better price point.

Beautiful resort with excellent customer service, nice stretch of beach, and many dining options. The couple of things we needed taking care of were done quickly. Friendly staff!

Best location, Best hotel in Aruba. We held a wedding at this hotel and it was PERFECT. Working with Farizah and her team was an absolute pleasure. She made my daughter's dream wedding become a reality.

Second time at the Hyatt resort in Aruba, I always recommend it to anyone looking to visit Aruba. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, food choices for every palate, water activities close to the resort and walking distance to the center of the hustle and bustle. Unbeatable experience. ONLY THING I must scrunch my nose at is that first and second row palapas are $80-$70 per day which I am happy to pay for, the ones in the back are complimentary first come first serve, BUT this time they offer $20 umbrella and beach lunge chair rentals that are closer to the water and could block your view. Maybe they did offer this when I first visited in 2023 but I do not recall seeing all those beach umbrellas in front of the palapas that one pays those required extra fees! I had to dig back in my pictures to make sure I was not making things up in my head. Overall, the rest of my stay was wonderful as the first time and now scrolling my calendar to see when I can come back! but this third time I may just enjoy the complimentary palapas and not pay extra again.....

So disappointing. This hotel is just old and tired. Nothing special about it. The beautiful picture you see of cabanas and a pool isn't even something you can access unless you pay $600 a day for a cabana. The rooms are small and old. No balconies. Shower tubs that are from the 1970's. The whole pool chair reservation system is a joke. They want you to reserve those spots 4 months in advance. Half or more of the chairs are for an extra fee (even though you are paying $100 a day in resort fees). Beach chairs are mostly available only for an additional fee. It's just felt like a money grab and caused so much chaos. We sit in a chair by the pool at 4 pm (end of the day), everything around us is empty, and someone comes over and says you can't sit here unless you pay an extra $60 per person. There is nothing special about this hotel. Stay somewhere else that was built in the last 20 years.

Best resort on the beach. Overall experience is always great. Employee's are great and there is always something going on. Bars, restaurants, casino, sociable people. 5 star

The Hyatt is beautiful! My family and I had a great experience here. We would stay on the resort to relax by the adult pool. We had Marline as our bartender by the pool and she made our days a 10/10!! She was so kind and had a great energy. The included breakfast was really good and fresh.
