I love both the pool areas and it is easy to walk around

It would be nice if the store had more options later in the evening

The room and grounds are impeccably kept. Large number of employees to attend to guests and grounds. Adult only area well kept and beautiful. Beaches and pools with fantastic views and ambience. Rental cabanas, etc very pricey, but include extra services. Bars and restaurants are all with great views and diverse selections.

Personal poco amable La atencion en las sombrillas de playa un desastre. Tienen que tener un supervisor para que funcione mejor. La playa no tiene sombrillas libres bien ubicadas para los huespedes. El personal de la playa es muy malo, solo piensan en el tip. El hotel para mejorar debe cambiar todo el personal de la playa donde hacen lo que quieren, sin ningun tipo de supervision del hotel. El personal del restaurante poco amable tambien, cero flexibilidad a dar soluciones. Los unicos que dan un buen servicio son raul y cindy. Deben revisar tambien la atencion de los juegos de agua, la atencion no es buena.

The physical experience of the stay was incredibly disruptive, and I would have rated it a 3/10 if not for the management. On our first day, we endured severe, ongoing construction noise, grinding, cutting pipes, and heavy knocking, that lasted well past 10:00 PM. It took two phone calls and a personal visit to the front desk to finally get it stopped. To make matters worse, the same pipe noise returned on our final night, compounding the lack of sound insulation after a night of loud music from a wedding downstairs. For a luxury resort, the soundproofing is a significant issue that needs to be addressed; even airport hotels manage to isolate exterior noise completely. However, I am raising my final rating to an 8/10 solely due to the exceptional handling of the situation by the manager, Daniel. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and provided excellent compensation for the frustration. The property infrastructure fell short, but Daniel's leadership (together with other kind and nice hotel staffs) is the reason I am leaving with a positive impression.

Wonderful location. From the minute you arrive and are treated outside by Juan to the front desk with Angelica. There is nothing but good spirits and a sense of relaxation. Hotel room with an incredible oceanfront view and coffee bar to get you going. Morning breakfast is wonderful with amazing breakfast delights and an omelette bar. People like Maria make sure to get you settled with coffee and orange juice. Maria is super attentive with kindness and cheer and helps get your morning started. Cora at concierge helps find wonderful activities. At check out we see Angelica again whose kindness makes you feel that you have a new friend in Aruba. All in all Hyatt Aruba is a must from great food, wonderful caring team and gorgeous property with all the amenities.

The grounds and the food

Im a 40 year Marriott convert for the first time and the Hyatt Regency in Aruba was spectacular and definitely superior to the Marriott's there. Rooms were very nice and upgraded, pool area is great along with nice slide, food and drink as well as proximity to many food vendors on the path was great. Very centrally located to town (better than my many years at Marriott) and just an overall very pleasant visit with my wife, kids, spouses and 2 year old grand child. Highly Recommended!
