Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency. The attention to detail from the start was wonderful. We were greeted with champagne and a treat as soon as we stepped in the lobby to check in. The lobby is gorgeous and expansive, all open to the breezes of Aruba. We felt completely spoiled by the gorgeous grounds, wonderful food, restaurants, and bars, as well as the most comfortable beach and pool chairs - best on the beach!! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The Koi pond on the resort is enormous, and the resident black swan (aka Francisco) visited while we ate dinner at Ruinas Del Mar - he "begged" like our dog back home - too funny! We would absolutely stay here again, because I cannot imagine a nicer staff, resort, or area on the beach that could be better.

Fantastic property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Greetings every from the team at every corner. Food was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable.

First timer in Aruba. Beautiful and clean resort. Every associate we encounter with were very polite and helpful. This time was for conference, but we will bring the kids next time.

The staff were friendly, there are a couple bars and restaurants onsite (some don't open until 5PM) and in-room dining (until midnight). The pool was clean, the beach has clear water and plenty of seating. The room was very clean and all the housekeepers were very friendly. I left an item behind and Cyntra contacted me immediately, asked me how my stay was and walked through the steps to get my item. THAT WAS TOP SERVICE! The Bellman, Juan, was also very friendly and gave prompt service. We only had a couple of "let downs". The F&B on the beach was non-existent even though the beach chair team said "he will come around to take your order". We waited one hour and no one came. Then, because activities go late into the night, it would be great to have in-room dining until 2AM. I think they would get good business. Other than that, the place was clean, close to shops and dancing. Everyone was friendly.

It doesn't get better than this! Had a wonderful 4 night stay! The rooms were nice, clean and modern. The property was very well kept. The workers were so nice and friendly. I had a great time there.

The location is excellent as it is within walking area of lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was too expensive and they hit you with a 15% service charge which is not the tip. Go outside to Dushi Bagels great breakfast there and much cheaper then the hotel The casino is small but nice. The little coffee shop was great because it was opened till 1 am..They.had great gelato ice cream and prices were good.

While Hyatt Regency is more on the expensive side, it is a lovely resort. There are multiple pools including one for adults and easy access to the beach. The courtyard is clean and lovely filled with Koi ponds. There are also lots of cute lizards around and some parrots in cages. Good but pricy breakfast buffet. The hotel is across the street from tons of restaurants and bars. Reserve towel service early.

Upon arrival, our room was not clean. The bathroom tub had hair in it and hair stuck on the walls. We requested a new cleaning 3 times before it was finally addressed and not once an apology from anyone. Then, later on in the trip we had pre-reserved pool chairs (as they tell you to) and when we go down to sit in our chairs, one of the pool staff tells us these chairs are for hotel guests and we cant’t sit here and accuses us of not being hotel guests. When I promptly corrected her, instead of being apologetic and what should have been a reaction of embarrassment on her end, she further suggested we were lying when she demanded “then what’s our last name and room number???” Almost as if she was trying to catch us in a lie?? Just so bizarre. After giving her what she needed, she stormed off and never came back to apologize or address any of that interaction or mistake on her end. There was also never any apology from management or literally anything addressed whatsoever. This was a disappointing guest experience to say the least.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff. Couldn’t not have been happier on this trip. There are plenty of restaurants, very clean. Reserve your beach and pool chairs before you go to ensure you get seats that you want.
