"Nice hotel , incompetent staff"

We stayed at Sheraton suites for 6 days. We had a car and told the front desk upon check in that we would park on the street and re evaluate daily. In other words, don't charge us for the parking garages. Upon checkout, we were billed $203 for parking we did not utilize. We asked them to remove the charges the day of check out and it has now been four days and nothing has been done. Each day we call and the front desk tells us "it's being investigated." They were supposed to follow up Saturday and we still haven't heard from them. This is clearly a fraudulent transaction yet staff refuses to remove charges. They must have e list of license plates on camera and if they reviewed the tape they'd see our car wasn't there. We want to stay at this hotel again but we are shocked at their lack of responsiveness as well as the fact they will not take our word for this. I'm sure it takes way more staff time And money to review the parking discrepancy then it costs to remove the charges.

"Bed bugs"

We stayed here overnight on May 17th and had several issues with the customer service / cleanliness of the hotel. First, given the wrong room type. Had to come down and be assigned a new room. Went to the new room and walked in on a couple getting ready for a wedding. We were shocked. They were shocked. Not sure how this mix up could happen. Then, we received room 717. Stayed the night and woke up to a bed bug crawling across us. Brought the bug down in a bag, asked for large garbage bags. Never received the bags. Never received a call from the manager. Had to alter our plans and never received an apology. The lack of customer service was odd. I don’t know if this was ever properly addressed as a hygiene concern so wanted to share this on a travel forum. If I could give this hotel a zero, I would.
