Issues from the start. Had to switch rooms three times. Dirty, unkept room. Switched then was locked out of 2nd room from the inside. Security lashed closed from the inside on its own and all of our stuff was in the room. Took thirty minutes for my husband to get the door open. Switched to the third room it smelled like mildo.

This place we heard was just bought by another franchisee i hope they straighten it out good location, nice set up , needs a lot of TLC . Restaurant needs a good operator , tried to spend $$$ here , but no actual operating restaurant our team had to go other places

The staff clearly needs better training and accountability. I arrived late due to a delayed flight and ended up waiting 27 minutes in the lobby for someone to check me in. This was well past midnight. After waiting that long with no assistance, I canceled my reservation and chose to stay at another hotel. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but it's unacceptable to leave a guest waiting that long without communication or support—especially at that hour.

Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel was a big let down to be Doubletree. The cords could not stay in the sockets to charge anything. The iron didn't work. The shower was a trickle. Some people in our group toilets didn't work. Some showers didn't work. The faucets in the bathtub felt like it was going to fall off. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. We came with Diamond Tours and it was two full bus loads. You all only had one cook for breakfast. Not a good visit at all.

Do not stay at this hotel! Worst hotel experience of my life! Rooms are filthy, bugs everywhere, dirty hallways, etc. I could go on for an hour listing problems with this place! This hotel should definitely not be a Hilton property! Avoid this hotel, like the plague!

Place was decent. Older TV in room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was decent. Id stay again but hope they upgrade to newer TVs.

Great staff. Property is incredibly run down and in disrepair.

Had to change rooms because electrical outlets by bed did not work. Both my wife and I have medical reasons why we need electrical outlets near the bed area. Then when we moved from 203 to 207 the commode would not flush. Being frustrated I called the front desk and was hung up on. The cook, Rafael, came to the room and fixed the commode and apologized for the inconvenience. One more thing that caught my eye was the vent above the shower. It was disgustingly dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

The property was very quiet and welcoming, staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. Georgia the Bird had the worst attitude lol but she’s very cool.
