I am very impressed by the attention of the reception girl called Destiny, she was very kind and very nice

Destiny has been nothing short of spectacular. She informed me the elevators went down upon arrival, helped with the transition to the 1st floor, and is always willing to help if I need anything. She helped keep me hydrated and ensures my stay was amazing. Had a great stay here.

El personal era lo único que tenían de bueno. Un buen servicio al cliente pero el hotel no tenía las condiciones y por todo cobraron.

Que habían cobrado mi desayuno cuando era gratis. Un motel te da desayuno gratis porque un hotel no puede hacer lo mismo.

Reprehensible. Tried to call and chat with front desk before check in with no answer so went in person a week before check in to make sure my sister could check in before I arrived after midnight. Filled out a form and sent a credit card copy even though my sister has her own credit cards. Have email acknowledgement from hotel and follow up phone call from hotel all is well. My sister is disabled and cannot drive at night. She goes to check in and they refuse to let her check in my room. They made her get her own room. I filed a complaint with the Diamond desk that went nowhere and calls back and another representative from Diamond desk filed a case number but tried to call the hotel and they refused to work with her. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

No breakfast on Sunday. Staff did not tell you much when you check in. Asked for new towels to take a bath because we stayed more than one night, and they never came. Even when housekeeping got there at 9 I asked for a towel and was told 15 minutes. Hours past and still no towel. Also there was only 1 elevator working. The bar was closed the whole time. Just feel I did not get my moneys worth.

This hotel is going downhill fast Over the last 1 to 2 years I’ve stayed here a few times rarely does the elevator work, you have to schlep your luggage up and downstairs. The curtains are awful. You have to clip them closed with pants hangers in order to keep the sunlight out in the morning. This time I went to heat something up in the microwave, it was unplugged, but when I plugged it in, it didn’t work It’s 10 o’clock at night so I’m not gonna to have anybody fix it at this point They really need to do something about the quality of this hotel It’s in a good location, but that’s about it
