"Beautiful grounds, great room, great staff"

We stayed four nights. We had an ocean view lanai room on the seventh floor overlooking Hilo. The grounds are magnificent. I never swam I. The pool rather enjoyed the lagoons. Sea turtles visited each morning. Food portions were big enough to share staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

"An fantastic vacation"

Great location, quiet hotel 🏨 and fantastic staff. A beautiful welcome from April at the front desk with her amazing Aloha spirit, she was absolutely amazing and set up the perfect stay. Aaron and Thomas at Kalihilai restaurant provided great service every time. Scott at the lobby bar does amazing on keeping the drinks moving and having a great conversation, Volcano eruption was the hot topic. We enjoyed great trips around the island 🏝️. The hotel needs some updating in many areas but the food was amazing. Until next time, thank you
