"A cold nightmare"

The room was very old, the fabric in the room, including couches, carpets, and curtains, was either worn out, missing, broken, dusty, dirty, or just old. NOTHING was working as expected in the room, and I had to learn it the hard way being woken up by the cold at 4.30am... the phone did not connect to the front desk, guest services, or housekeeping, guests couldn't switch between A/C and heat without requesting an engineer to manually come to their room with a ladder and climb up to switch them back and forth. There was no extra comforter, missing sheer curtains from their intended track, a sinking bed...the list goes on. I've stayed at better motel 6 than this, let alone a HYATT. This was a total nightmare, a jaw dropping new low...
