"Serene Palm Springs Experience at Hyatt downtown location"

Amazing weather during season, amazing hotel experience from check in to check out. Just the best Hyatt experience to date!!! Book early during season. Due to the numerous activities March/April you will not be disappointed by the location. Just WOW!

"Would stay again"

Right in the downtown, seemed like a safe area with lots to do within walking distance. Super close to the airport. Room was spacious with living room area. The front desk employee, Lesley, was super friendly and assisted me to get my room right away as an early check in.

The pillows are too flat, but that’s usually normal with hotel chains. Rooms are a little outdated and could use a smart tv instead of just regular cable.

"Desperately needs renovation"

GREAT location to walk downtown but hotel is in really bad shape. Rooms are dirty with stains and dust and overall visibly very used (scratches). More equivalent to what you’d expect from a cheap motel.

"Horrible executive suite w no staff help"

Horrible experience. Got executive suite. Light bulb was broke so room was dark. Bathtub faucet leaked all night disturbing sleep. Contacted front desk multiple times and never got an update or fix.

"Birthday Trip"

Pool area never cleaned. Dirty plates and glasses everywhere. Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Had to ask for towels. Water didn't work in our room one night. NOT what we expected from a Hyatt: especially as a member.

"We loved being able to walk right out of hotel and hit dining and shops."

The room was very accommodating and comfortable with the additional room & tv. Location was walkable to art museum, shops and various dining experiences.

The "killer" patio umbrellas around the pool attempting to take out my daughter and several others-wind wasn't even bad, but they need to be better stablized! Also, Hyatt looked very dated in first floor area where they hold venues or special events with chipped tiled stairs leading to outside exit.
