Faraway Nantucket

Staff was incredibly rude, rooms were small and AC did not work properly.

Great hotel centrally located in town. Walking distance to everything. Great clean rooms and bigger than most hotels in the area. Staff was helpful. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast just donuts and coffee on Wednesdays to Sundays. Yet restaurants close by where you can buy breakfast and bring back to enjoy at the hotel.

Arrived right around 4pm and check-in was disorganized and chaotic. Our room was meh, and the AC didn’t work the second night so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable.

Perfect Stay! right in the heart of downtown. The terrace is a nice place to enjoy the atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable, very nice rooms with one of the best hotel bars on the island. We had an issue with our room and we were provided a different room, which delayed check in, we didn’t get the room until 6ish, but overall the hotel made up for the room mishap.

Front desk staff was inflexible and slow in checking and checking out. More experienced staff should be manning the front desk. Further, it was unreal to see the front desk staff dressed in a southern plantation servant style. Made me feel uncomfortable.
