Nasty food and rooms

The staff is fantastic, the rooms are small, modern and clean however our bathroom door wouldn’t close. “Small” rooms are in line with small rooms in a big city. We waited 45 min for breakfast and had to cancel due to a tour commitment. Parking is $20/night, safe and just around the corner.

Did not have breakfast. Chose to get out of the city on our journey east.

People should be told there is not available parking on site. Not convenient for people with handicaps to have to walk two blocks to a parking garage with no elevator. Walking down the ramp is not easy.

Didn’t like it at all

Rude , requested early check in and was denied so had no wait in my car for hours so I booked another hotel who accommodated me. Worse experience ever

They advertised a bar but it was never open. They allowed us to sit down there and play cards. They did have breakfast but we didn’t eat there.

Hotel location was great, room was comfortable, check-in area and bar were nice. Elevator lobby needs a good cleaning - it felt dirty.

The staff new me by name when I walked in the door and it was my first time here she rolled out the red caroet told us about the places to go at and went overboard to accommodate us, I had to write a review. I called down to thank her but she left already I guess at 11pm
