"Amazing Downtown Boutique Hotel with Tons of Charm"

This is a great downtown hotel in a very convenient location. It’s exactly what you’d expect a downtown hotel to be! Are the rooms compact? Yes, but exactly what you’d expect need. Comfortable, nice amenities, towels are fluffy, absorbent, and bed is comfortable! Shades block light, room is clean, sheets are perfect! Air conditioning is amazing and very fancy controls in the room! Staff is wonderful! Parking in a garage is just a block away for $25/night. Staff at the garage are pleasant. There are only two working ice machines ~ but, hey they are trying to get those fixed on the floors where they aren’t working. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with older charm! We would choose this hotel over and over again!

There were stains on the pillows , they smelled clean but wasn’t nice to find stains. The shower wasn’t really deeper cleaned and some towels had hairs on them.

Parking was awful! The staff couldn't really easily explain where to park. The closest parking garage had no working elevators. We would not stay here again due to the inconvenience of having to park 2 blocks away.

Need more staff to accommodate the kitchen. Because the cafe was closed and we haven’t have breakfast on our last day because there’s no cook that Sunday.☺️

Comfortable

Staff were rude and not interested. Breakfast was supposed to be included for 4 but it was 2 x $10 vouchers which wasn’t explained until after we had breakfast.
