Staff lied about readiness of room and me contacting them about it. Stated, “I cussed them out and was rude.” I had them on speaker with my husband present and they hung up on me and asked to speak the their manager. They told my son this as he was trying to check in. No customer service at all.

Arrived at 5:30 pm, rooms were not ready for check. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking while wait to be checked in. Was not given the QR code for parking after I asked twice for hotel parking. I was directed to the wrong parking garage and then only to find out later by security that I should have received a QR so I’m not paying multiple times for a one night stay. The hotel only provided one key card that we had to share with the my family. Terrible experience overall and will not stay again

The room did not have a pleasing smell, there were multiple stains on the bed and bedding set. Hard to find any one who worked there. No one was at the front desk. Only two ice machines in the building on 2nd and 4th floors. No microwaves or fridges in rooms. Rooms are very sma
