"I was disappointed that my room wasn’t clean"

The breakfast and the staff in cafe were helpful.

The bed sheets were not clean. I had to ask for multiple sheet sets upon arrival because they had hair and debris on them. The bathroom floor had hair on it and in the tub.

"Needs a really deep cleaning carpet."

The breakfast is delicious, and the employees were very attentive. The hotel's location is in a good spot.

The room looked nothing like the photos. The carpet in my room was humid. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Upon entering, I found a large cockroach in the bathroom. One of the pillows had such an unpleasant odor, and it was obvious that it hadn't been washed. One of the bedspreads was slightly torn. The place needs a more thorough deep cleaning. I took photos and videos just in case. Besides, I didn't know they charge for Wi-Fi or at least the lady who helped me didn't explain it to me very well.

"Great overall"

A very good hotel in many ways. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very conveniently located. The bedroom was clean, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! The only downside is that the coffee at breakfast was not very good at all, and it seems that certain areas need a facelift. The elevators, for example, need to be revitalized, and some the cobwebs cleaned up.
