"Great job on the renovation... more to come"

From the outside I was hesitant and frankly the lobby was not much better. But they are in the renovation phase and were honest and up front about that. My room was amazing. Quiet, comfortable, and new remodeled with all the bells and whistles, Great show spray, comfortable bed, and all the tech worked as I need it to. I suspect would the renovation be complete this would be a "excellent" review.

"Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover..."

Having been in Jackson a few times before I had never stayed here but frankly was not impressed by the other properties. Even the newer ones seem to have growing pains. When I pulled into the parking lot my initial thought was "what did I do?" It looks in need of a re-fresh. The good news is my room was amazing. Recently re-modeled with very nice materials and workmanship. This might be the nicest hotel room I have been in for quite some time. Bed, TV, shower, fixtures are all top notch stuff. Great shower spray, plenty of room, fast Internet... I could go on. Almost makes me sad I have to leave. So why only a four out of five rating? The main areas still need work. It is in progress but I am rating the current state, not what I expect in a few months. Recommend!

Clean, neat, friendly staff, and quite.

That the microwave and refrigerator didn't work properly in the room. The refrigerator was hot in the inside and the microwave didn't get the food hot.

The restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely phenomenal! The atmosphere was excellent and the food and service were top tier. The restaurant experience and the way staff treated me saved what would have been a bad experience overall!

The bed mattress was very hard! Breakfast was supposed to be free and I was told to ask for a breakfast voucher, Once I did I was told that breakfast was not free and I was not entitled a voucher. Although when I booked the Hotel it stated that breakfast was free.
