"Good"

The property had bad customer service and a not so hospitable. My restroom smelled like mildew. And they couldn't take care of the issue for a full day. I couldn't shower because of this issue. And was only refunded a hundred when the room wasnt 100 percent ready. Manager and staff weee not helpful at all. Very unsatisfied with my stay.

"Great hotel but needs coffee in room "

Great hotel and perks but basic coffee in the room would have been very appreciated for those that done want to go to a full breakfast. Microwave in front of lower part of TV made working the remote and sport :)

"Awesome stay at the "The Chicago Hotel Collection""

Let's start by thanking "Vontae" at the front desk was professional, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to point out parking as well as food and drink options for us. Our room was nice, clean and an awesome price for the location, right on the "Magnificent Mile" We were able to park and walk to great restaurants, shopping, bars and the casino. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. I'll be back. Thank you Vontae

"$170 of extra charges at check-in"

Everything was great about this hotel except when I arrived I was charged an additional $170 for a resort fee. I feel that should have been communicated in the price as I was reviewing hotels in the Chicago area and made a decision, in part, based on price.

"Excellent"

The room was amazing. Very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little expensive for me, but it was also worth it. They serve an amazing breakfast!! The hotel is conveniently located. Everywhere i needed to go was within walking distance.

Nice room, nice view, valet service was great. There was a lot of confusion from not only us, but other guests as well, in navigating the hotel. No clear signage on how to get to breakfast and elevators are confusing as they access different areas of the hotel.

The location of this property is why we chose it. There are many places to visit that are within walking distance and public transportation was also easy to access. We enjoyed the amenities.
