Downtown Grand Las Vegas

A great getaway for my wife and I located in DT LV. Away from the strip was the goal, this small boutique and super clean hotel was positioned nicely to walk to various restaurants in the area, and check out the night activities on Fremont. I was particularly impressed with the service, the front desk associate by the name of Gregory went above and beyond to ensure our experience and stay was memorable. My room was very, very clean. The atmosphere was a supercharged with the Vegas charm and it was worth every dollar I can't wait to come back. Thank you

Housekeeping service is very bad, we requested twice and bothe time they didnt leave what I asked water bottles shampoo and conditione. Also in the casino people working there they not friendly they make you feel you bothering.

Great location, nice beds, friendly staff. I stay here a week or two each year. Very few issues

The dealers were rude and disrespectful and I'm very disappointed this time I went. I hope they get better pit bosses because he was rude too.

Our stay was great. Parking lot, location was close to everything like restaurants and the Fremont experience. I feel like everything was great.

The staff was outstanding!! Rooms…we were on the 24th floor. The view was stunning. TV was small. Bathroom sink did not drain The heating and air system in the room sounded like an airplane takeoff. “Free” toiletries? Bring your own. Awful smelling. The shower/tub combo… I’ve never seen a shower with just a 1/2 glass divider and not a closing door. With all said said. I would expect this for a $49-$79 dollar room. Not a $400 room for 2 nights. You live and you learn.

The Downtown Grand Hotel Beautiful Hotel some Sewer issues but staff very polite and courteous and Jazz Lounge was Great didn’t have the best room but willing to stay there again in the premium tower and Pricing was great for the value

This used to be our go to place to stay in Downtown Las Vegas. After our last visit will not be back! It started with our room! It was not clean! We found out after our return home how unclean the room was. Let's just say it bugged us for some time! I called and left messages for a manager to call me back and have not received any response to my concerns obout our room. This used to be the place to gamble. Not anymore! The table games are limited. We play texas hold'em. The texas hold'em table was only open the first night we were there. According to the pit boss, she didn't have enough dealers to open the table on the other nights we stayed! We are disappointed we our stay! We will be looking for someplace else to stay and gamble!
