Santo Mauro, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid

Stayed 5 nights, attending a wedding. One of the top properties we’ve stayed in the world. The room was wonderful, the grounds are gorgeous, including a ton of green space and outdoor seating. Staff was one of the best experiences of the stay. We dealt with Diego, one of the concierge’s, and he was excellent. Set us up with a tour, a driver, etc. would highly recommend this property!

The staff went above and beyond and were so warm and welcoming. I immediately felt at home!

Very friendly and polite staff, beautiful garden

Constantly private events which prevent using big part of the hotel facilities including garden, lobby, etc In my three visits there three times there were events that blocked bigger parts of the common areas for hotel guests. I understand it is a great place for events but not for ordinary hotel guests

Top terrace, beautiful hotel, excellent location. Rooms in the adjacent building were good but not as extraordinary as the rest of the hotel.

Georgeus palace, with beautiful decoration in the nicest Madrid¨s neigborhood. Lobby, restaurantes, bars, and so, look wonderfull and luxury. Bedroom large & confortable. I needs some technological update.
