Located in an upscale neighborhood but also around the corner from small boutiques and cafes, this hotel is a stunner. The hotel was recently renovated in an opulent manner, reminiscent of the belle epoch, yet it feels fresh and modern. The staff are genuinely helpful, friendly and efficient. Unbeknownst to us, they realized it was my daughter's birthday and left balloons and a small cake in our room. Attention to detail does not get any better than that. A plus for me - it is not in the tourist hub-bub area of Madrid but the Prada and Thiessen were a nice stroll away for those who enjoy walking. Also the grounds encompassed lovely green spaces for out-door tea or cocktails. Obviously I will return.

Very limited choice of breakfast

We booked as a treat since our flight got canceled. We thought if we had to overnight in Madrid we would do it in style. The property is stunning beautiful, the staff was super friendly and the sheets were amazing soft!

An intimate, luxurious hotel in a wonderful Madrid neighborhood. Quiet room, soft comfy bed and fluffy pillows. Staff are highly responsive and attentive. Extraordinary service. We shared a light dinner that was ok, and had a light breakfast that was good. This was a nice stay to end our long visit in Spain.

Great open air are

Very nice designed hotel with very averagedl service performance from the very beginning. Pick up service at the airport - poor Communication with the front desk for our 4 rooms very disapointing Breakfast very poor and late service Lunch even worth. Waiting time for a steak 50 minutes and it was empty. I hope they will improve next days.
