Royal Palms Resort and Spa, part of Hyatt

Location is beautiful. Staff is absolutely awesome!! Customer service is A1. Our room was very spacious. Decor was amazing. The shower area was huge really nice. Outside of our room was a beautiful lounge area with a nice water fountain. Very relaxing. Breakfast was pretty good. We kept it pretty basic but it was seasoned very well. No complaints at all

Wonderful experience. We stayed in one of the villa's and boy was it worth it. Absolutely love this place as it exuded old world charm.

Their attention to detail and special touches in our casita, T-Cook’s restaurant reservation, and overall experience made it an unforgettable stay. All the employees went out of their way to exceed our expectations. The resort is a beautiful property. We will definitely visit again.

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish, and the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Gerard at Mix Bar was outstanding. His great sense of humor, legendary dad jokes, and friendly personality immediately put us at ease. He created such a welcoming atmosphere and took incredible care of us throughout our visit. Andrew was equally fantastic behind the bar. He worked seamlessly with Gerard to ensure every guest was taken care of. He also went above and beyond when he found my wallet after I accidentally dropped it on the way to the restroom—he truly saved the night. Wes provided an excellent check-in experience. He gave us a warm welcome, thoroughly explained all of the property’s amenities and benefits, and set the tone for a wonderful stay. Natalie was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable. She and the front desk team surprised us with macarons to celebrate my partner’s graduation, which was such a kind and memorable gesture. We truly appreciated the extra effort. Barbara made a lasting impression throughout our stay. From personally walking us to our room and sharing the property’s history to recognizing us each day and waving goodbye at check-out, she made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Every interaction we had reflected the highest level of hospitality. Your entire team is truly top-tier, and it’s clear how much pride everyone takes in creating memorable experiences. We can’t wait to return and look forward to our next stay.

The spa and how friendly the staff was!

we love the Royal Palms, however, you have to be able to sleep. We stayed five nights, the AC was so noisy that it kept us up. The "engineering" group said they fixed it three times, and did not.

Pool updated and device at pool was very poor for an upscale resort!

This resort is special every time we go. This year we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and they made it special the entire time. The spa was lovely and the food at TCooks was fantastic!
