ITGood value for money. You know, newyork Is really expensive. So, if uou are looking a fancy place at this price u r Not in the right Place. But of u ara a smart Traveler Who Just Need a room, quite clean with bathroom and kitchen and WiFi It Is perfect. Brooklyn Is nice, so real, prospect park nice. If u are reach go to an other Place, otherwise It Is ok.
Not possible to book without pay. It Is so bad.

PLThe location was great. Close to train stations, it felt safe and friendly in the area. There was a tenant we met accidentally who contacted the landlord for us and helped us get in. Greatly appreciated.
The mattress was really clean -> never unwrapped. There was a thick plastic wrap on the mattress from the shop. The bed linen slipping all nite. The tap in the bathroom needs fixing, the hairdryer- I would not dare to use. Contacting the prop manager was fine for a while, but failed when needed the most _ upon arrival. On the good side, I wasn't there to spend time in the room, and the location & price made up for the uncomfotrs. However, I'd look for a different prop.
HKThe location , the staff , and the kitchen are nice. Value for money. No complaints for the reasonable room fee.
