1. La atención, faltó más acompañamiento en las indicaciones y ubicación 2. Que no tengan dispensadores de agua dulce para los perritos y que los tengan en tan malas condiciones 3. Que la habitación asignada haya sido tan lejos de todo 4. Que no haya más variedad en la alimentación y solo tengan opciones de platos. 5. La red del wifi nunca conectó 6. Se fue la luz en varias ocasiones

Las opciones del desayuno son muy limitadas. Recalentado del almuerzo o cena del día anterior y huevo. Siempre las mismas 3 ensaladas en el almuerzo y la cena. Las filas para las bebidas (sin alcohol) son interminables. Tienen problemas con la electricidad desde hace varios meses y al parecer siempre hay una excusa diferente, el aire acondicionado no funciona en las habitaciones. No disponen de lo básico en la habitación como toallas o jabón y shampoo. Si las habitaciones son para más de 3 personas, sin importar que sean adultas, prepárense para tener un tobogán para bajar de la cama de arriba y decoración infantil lo cual es 0 recomendable si en el grupo hay personas mayores.

Cortes de energía recurrentes en diferentes horas del día y la noche lo que hacía que querer descansar en la habitación fuera un completo infierno. No había toallas en las habitaciones ni lo básico de la ducha como jabón y shampoo. El personal del "bar" es desatento y por momentos hasta grosero. Te hacen pagar diario si deseas consumir cocteles y no te permiten el pago por persona. Te obligan a pagar por todas las personas incluídas en la reserva.

La playa es bonita

El personal es muy malo, son 0 atentos con el huésped (si no eres socio) te obligan a escuchar una charla para venderte la membresía vacacional con la excusa de que te ofrecen un descuento en los planes turísticos no incluidos lo cual es falso, la comida es pésima a no ser que sea a la carta, los cocteles igual, personal muy poco atento, poco resolutivo, no se enfocan en brindar una experiencia memorable para querer volver, todo es exageradamente caro

La atención, sin luz dormimos sin aire el primer día y sin agua, en el hotel nos pudimos bañar solo 2 veces nunca había agua. Lo que paga uno por noche para pasar necesidades, la verdad muy disgustada y poco placentero
