"Unforgettable Ryokan Experience"

The entire ryokan was beautiful, and our room, in particular, was peaceful and elegantly designed, giving us an authentic taste of traditional Japanese culture. The open-air bath was exceptional and added greatly to the experience. We also greatly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, who made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. This was by far our most memorable accommodation and one of the highlights of our trip.

The whole experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was very good. Loved the free rental of the yucatas and use of the onsens. Good location right next to the station

"Wonderful hotel that is great for couples or those looking to be in an area that is a more quiet."

The staff were very friendly and supportive. The dinners were delicious and the service at dinner was outstanding. The location is ideal being next to Gora station. The private bath was also amazing and I'm glad we opted for this in our room.

There were no negative experiences at this hotel.

Close to the train station. Wonderful staff and accommodations. The open air bath on the balcony and the private onsens were exceptional.

"The hot spring tubs on the balconies were a dream to enjoy."

The complex has a wonderful setting of lush greenery and sounds of running water. The spring fed tub in the balcony was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The rooms could be updated slightly. The lack of convenient wall plugs was unfortunate. The shower could have had a more clean appearance. It would have been appreciated to have some western culture items available from the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
