Block Island Beach House

I told them I had Expedia vip membership and they had no idea what I was talking about. I am also a member of the Lark club but they said bc I booked through Expedia I did not get any benefits. The staff was nice but not at all knowledgeable. The room was supposed to be cleaned but it wasn’t. The outdoor features and free coffee were the best qualities of the property. Just did not seem worth the night room night charge except for location.

Close to town but very loud at all hours

Paper thin walls, poor design- bathroom have to crane your head and neck down u see a shelf to wash your face and brush teeth over a sink. Room reeked of weed, tvs hung at just over waist high and holes uncovered in walls.

We were pleased with the location near the beach and walkable to the restaurants and stores in town. The hotel is old, but updated. The rooms are small and the tv did not have very good reception. The restaurant across the street was playing live music, so it was loud in the room. Also, the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in other rooms and people walking down the hall. If this is your vibe, being near the action, then maybe the Beach House is for you.

Staff was excellent! Location !

Staff was attentive, check in easy, and room was small but amazing. Would love to stay in exactly the same room again. Can’t wait to return.

The house was awesome and the view was great! The staff were friendly and helpful.
