Breakfast was inconsistent - no waffles available one day, then slightly bruised fruit the next

Property was very unkept and dirty. Person at check-in desk said they had overbooked and my requested room was not available. I should have just left but it was raining and after dark. Terrible experience!

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever had the pleasure to visit. I was surprised to learn the property is actually at least nine years old because it was so new and clean looking. One of the satff explained that the hotel had gone through a renovation in the past year, so that explained some of the appearance of the hotel, but it is also as clean as a new one, which is highly important to me. Very kind and helpful staff and a decent breakfast. The location is conveniently located from the intersate as well.

This is a very cheap place to stay. So, I did not expect a perfect hotel. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The tub floor was very yellow, the shower curtain was ripped at the top and probably just needs to be replaced, and the curtains in the room had yellow stains at the top of one of them. That being said, we just needed a comfortable place to sleep. It was clean, had the basic necessities that we needed, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again, especially for the price.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast lady went above and beyond!

Everything was ok. The rooms need more lighting. There was a lamp only on one side of the bed. The bath was really dim. Hard to find location! But we found it! L

Drove 5.5 hours from Florida because we were in the area to purchase a new car. Great customer service, clean and good location! We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked nice! They have a snack area in the lobby, plenty of seating and breakfast with coffee. Would stay here again! Not sure of the man’s name that we did a late check in with on May 19th, but he was so nice and helpful and quick to check us in!
