Location and had such a old spanish feel

Needed more sunbeds

Hotel is well located, breakfast is comprehensive

We had a room next to the street that was all day and night very noisy. Upon arrival we requested another room, but that was not available. I've made a complaint that instead of a four star hotel experience, as for the room we had a poor located motel experience. I was surprised the most by the reaction of the staff that in their view the traffic on the street was within reasonable limits. In the end we got a compensation, but the point is that the room next to a busy street does not fit for a 4 star hotel. If the hotel thinks otherwise, the rooms in a row of 4 others are in effect a tourist trap. We stayed 2 night and both nights we slept very poorly.

The Hotel looks picturesque however inside is tired Most staff (not all ) are lovely Breakfast is good and most people stay bed and breakfast I learnt the hard way evening meal is shocking (I stayed five nights) The supposed hot food was lukewarm warm at best and unless you get in when they open they can run out of chicken etc You are never offered water with your meal this has to be paid for The most amount of people having an evening meal was 16 people (I spoke to a few people around the pool many had been to this hotel on many occasions but all said we only do bed and breakfast) compared to 70-80 at breakfast During my stay I had my white Denim jacket taken from my room When i arrived I had spilt coffee down the front so washed it and hung it to dry in the bathroom left it there then realised two days later it was missing did they think it was a towel!!??? The hotel checked both in-house laundry and the out house laundry but did not find it I was travelling alone so there was only me that went into the room and the cleaning staff No apologies were given (I did report to the Jet 2 person not that she was helpful nor could she believe how poor the evening food was Shocking experience for the price I also had my sun tan lotion taken/disappeared on the first day

Wonderful stay at TRH. Spotlessly clean, super friendly staff, ideally situated for the centre of the village. Fabulous buffet style breakfast. Only stayed in for 1 evening meal which was a little disappointing, as there was very minimal choice. Rooms need a little updating and were quite noisy. However, I would highly recommend this hotel and would return.

The most relaxing stay! We are just coming to the end of a five night stay and have loved it! The hotel is full of charm, it isn’t modern but it’s full of character and I really like the style of it. The rooms are huge and have everything you need. No iron but we borrowed one from reception that a guest had left behind. Breakfast offers a good selection and the staff do well to manage the business of it. The chef on the egg station is fantastic! The pool opens at 9 and that’s when we would go to put our towels down. Often still sun loungers available mid morning and I noticed more being brought when it was busier. The pool is a good size and there is so much room for sun loungers- they’ve utilised the space really well. The staff in the hotel work really hard and are all friendly. Only thing is, the pool bar prices are abit high! The area itself is lovely, lots of lovely restaurants to go and explore with lovely views.

Second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint in any way, the hotel is in a fantastic position within the village of Mijas, all the staff are supper friendly and the rooms are kept very clean. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of sun beds for all? The pool is lovely and kept incredibly clean. All in all a fantastic hotel and I will be back again when possible.

Views , style , cleanliness, staff friendly , close to bars and restaurants, good value for money , breakfast was amazing

Third time at the Trh hotel clean as normal staff helpful and pleasant friendly BUT rooms need updating Especially the bathroom baths need to be taken out they are very dangerous My wife fell getting out and was badly Bruised. They should be replaced with a walk in Shower.
