TWThis hotel is foreigner friendly and all staffs are very kind. Hot spring is good and must try private spring.
location is very good, just next to foot spring and only 5 minutes walk from bus terminal center.
SGExcellent location, rooms were comfortable and clean, food and service were excellent.
Bath water was not as hot we would’ve liked.

GBReally lovely stay. Delicious food and a really quiet and peaceful dining experience in a room by ourselves. The private hot spring baths were amazing, they were always available. Close to the centre of Kusatsu and the Yubatake.

SGService was excellent, location was great (5min from bus station and Yubatake), private onsen in the room, room was big and spacious, heater was very strong as we travelled in winter.
