USExceptional Location!! Walking distance to every main attraction in the city. Loved Foot spa right in front of the ryokan. Excellent Food! We stayed two nights with half boards. Every meal was delicious. A cleaning staff kindly taught us a way to wear Yukata properly when she saw us going out on those.
When we first arrived, no one was there in reception desk, had to wait for 10 minutes to meet a staff member. Disappointed about the Onsen baths in the ryokan. They are too small and poorly maintained.

FRTrès beau ryokan, très bien situé. Les repas sont magnifiques et délicieux, dans un salon privé. Personnel discrets et très gentils. Équipements satisfaisants. Yukata et kit enfant top. Les 4 bains petits mais vraiment agréables (hommes, femmes et privatifs pour les familles).
Les futons sont minces mais il est possible de rajouter des couches (d'autres futons sont disponibles dans les armoires).
FR- Parking juste en face du logement - Facile d’accès - En plein centre de Kusatsu
- Bain privées un peu petit (mais c’est ok pour deux personnes) - Eau pas très chaude au matin (dans le bain privée avec la bassine ronde)

JPESHotel tradicional precioso. La gran amabilidad del personal hace que no te quieras ir nunca de allí. Eñ desayuno y la cena son increíbles. Los onsen privados son un auténtico lujo y no es necesario reservarlos. Te prestan yukatas para poder pasear por Kusatsu y por el ryokan. Es mágico.
