Ryokan Tamura

Free parking, traditional ryokan experience, options for private onsen, walking to main attractions but still secluded for peaceful and quiet, private dining room.

If I have to nip pick, some of the dishes are cold when it’s served. The heater stoped working in the middle of the night in -5c, was woken up by the chills to turn it back on, took some time to have it back on too.

ご飯が美味しく、客室が広かった。また湯畑にも近く、客室と湯畑の観光もどちらも楽しめた。

Friendly staff. Had the option of using two private onsen baths, which were free to use most of the time. The two private baths had different types of water, which was nice. The food was good and the futons were a bit softer than other ryokans, which made it easier to sleep on them.

Could have used with a better description for the meals (or a printed menu), as we didn’t know what each dish was. The only pillows provided were the ones filled with buckwheat, which made our necks hurt the next day. Yukata provided was a bit dirty and not high quality. No hanten provided so couldn’t walk at night in the city as it was too cold.

獨立浴場很不錯，早餐晚餐有簡化，但還算有性價比

貸切り風呂が二つあり、いつもいづれか利用できた点 お湯の温度が丁度良かった点 お食事が、向かいの部屋でいただけた点

お部屋の暖房が一時止まったりした点。操作方法がわかっていれば解決できた。
