I have booked this accomodation and arrived there after 10-hours flight at 11pm. Then I wasn't given the key. I was informed that I had to pay a deposit. This information was sent to my e-mail then I was on my Flight and was unable to read it and to pay. This specific sertificate can't be paid by card or by cash. I was shoked and feel upset because this place doesn't seem to be safe at this time. As a result I booked another place and stayed there. didn't provide me the accomodation and didn't give me money back.

When we first arrived, the code they gave us did not work. Messaged them and received a working one within 5 minutes. When we came back on the second day, the code that worked the previous day did not work. It took over 30 minutes for them to respond to our messages (at 9 PM). We were about to go find a hotel to stay at instead. The next day, we had someone knock on our door and say they had the room we were in reserved for that day and the next few days. He showed us his reservation and we were both booked for the same room on the same day. We again contacted them and they eventually moved him to another room (that was smaller and did not have a private bathroom). Finally, they requested a $300 security deposit via Venmo, which is kind of weird, and said we would get it back within 5-7 business days. It took almost 3 weeks and numerous messages (many of which were ignored) to get the refund.

It's advertised as a Villa but you are actually booking a room. Look at the google reviews before you book, otherwise you will be greatly disappointed. The hist also accused us of using two rooms, even though we weren't even staying at the villa.
USUSUSThe property itself was nice. It was clean in the room and bathroom as well as overall. The shower in the room we were in was nice and great temp on water and room to move in shower. Room was beautifully set up with outlets and lights. Fan worked well. Had a heater incase we were cold. The owner was fast to reply during the stay.
The quiet hours 10-8a. No tv in rooms. Bed was uncomfortable for me and my partner. I didn’t know it was a shared stay until arriving. The owner wasn’t as clear after our stay and didn’t reply when asking questions after leaving.

Avoid, they want you to pay $500 security deposit via Zelle in order to get key code to enter property. I saw reviews of previous stays after I paid for one room for one night. Apparently they use the security deposit as a way to scam you into writing a positive review. If you don’t, they’ll find a way to keep your deposit (policy violation, damage). So the positive marks here are highly suspicious considering they hold it as a contingency to get your deposit back. I messaged them asking how I can get written confirmation of the condition the property was in at check in (similar to picking up a rental car), but wasn’t satisfied with their response. I travel often and I’m considerate of how I leave the place, to the point where comments from owners of similar set ups say I left their place impecable. But the arrangement with this Booking didn’t feel right. I decided to not pay the security deposit to enter the property and therefore did not stay. I’d rather take $158 I prepaid for the room as a loss, and not risk losing an additional $500 with not getting a security deposit returned.

Attention soyez prévenus futurs touristes ! Ça n’a rien à voir avec une guest house tenue par des particuliers . On est carrément sur le mode « grosse machine » .vous ne verrez personne ! Par téléphone ou mail ! Après 10 heures de voyage, être malmenés devant une porte à code pour une histoire de deposit qu’il est impossible de faire… si vous ne parlez pas anglais réservez ce lieu aux américains ! D’autre part c’est relativement loin du centre ville donc vu que les taxis sont rares, les dépenses en Uber peuvent vite atteindre les 30 à 40 usd … finalement un hôtel hors de prix mais en centre devient plus économique.
