USAbsolutely NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! After you pay and arrive at the destination they demand a $300-500 deposit otherwise they do not let you in! And the deposit is refundable only begining 3-5 business days after you check out!!! The price you pay fir the room is NOT REFUNDABLE! SO BASICALLY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR A DEPOSIT! THIS PRACTICE MUST BE MADE ILLEGAL!!!

The refund for secure deposit takes a little long, but i understand.
USHost was helpful throughout the process of checking in we had a last minute booking and they helped us right away even it was late at night so thank yall me and Nick had a great experience
