Hampton Inn Norfolk/Virginia Beach

Rooms were clean and perfect, but the Breakfast was below average.

Staff was wonderful, pleasant and very friendly.

Our stay was for two nights, my room was quite small but comfy. I’m used to larger rooms especially for the two of us. As a solo traveler, I would definitely stay here. The television service was unpleasant, I couldn’t find any good channels nor would it allow me to log in to my personal streaming apps.

I was comfortable, the stay was enjoy, it was clean I just wished the pool had still been open!

Property is somewhat updated. Sheets could be higher quality, somewhat scratchy. Elevators and hallway carpets could be cleaner (needed vacuuming and trash picked up).The room itself was pretty clean. Staff were friendly. Okay place to stay for a 1 night quick stay. Decent but not where I would stay for vacationing.

The pool was out of service and i chose it because that. The room smell to Marijuana.

I wish there was an ice machine on every floor and the toilets were higher otherwise we love it.

Advertise a pool and when we get there it’s green and we were told they keep it like that because the neighboring hotel guests would climb fence and swim in the pool but we pay more for amenities we can’t use?!?!? It wasn’t cheap per night either!

Nice stay. No issues.

We paid extra for a room with a sofa bed. Didn’t get it. Won’t ever stay at Hilton or use Expedia again
