"Disappointing stay"

This was such a disappointing experience. Shocked that the Hilton Corporation allows this hotel to function with the level of dirt and disrepair as this hotel. It was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. Thick layer of dirt/dust on baseboards, behind cabinets, under the bed. The lobby was fine. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. This hotel desperately needs complete renovations of rooms.

"Amazing hotel and friendly staff"

We travel here with my family for baseball with Queens University and the entire staff always takes such great care of us. You can really feel the family oriented atmosphere. Latoya and Ezzy made a special effort to provide Easter bags to the kids and brought so much joy. Levore took great care of us keeping rooms crisp and clean and extremely friendly. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about our stays here the last several years. Thank you all so much for making us feel special and cared for.

"Really bad"

Very bad rooms. So dated and unclean. I am shocked Hilton lets this place operate under its name. By far the worst I’ve seen. Dirty carpets, dirty bathroom, OMG It’s really bad.
