Exe Rey Don Jaime Hotel

Grest place.

The hotel looks quite old and uncomfortable with poor quality furniture. The pool wasn't working.

Nice and close to areas in the city where we wanted to visit.

Nice city hotel, roof pool is an extra bonus with solarium and gym. Nice rooms. Good location. Black out curtains. Slamming of doors by other guests was only gripe but not hotels fault

The hotel was in a great location for me, close to everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, I cannot praise them highly enough. I wish I had taken their names, I could then have praised them individually, they were friendly, courteous, helpful, patient and a credit to the hotel.

The air conditioning did not work and we couldn’t sleep. My wife was pregnant and the air vents reeked of sewage.

Lovely hotel

I've already spoken to the Reservations manager are having paid my account and commented that none of the room phones worked so I could not order room service or even work out how to see the menu. This meant I had to dress and go downstairs to the bar to order drinks. As you can imagine to be reminded by Barman I could do it on my phone was irksome beyond belief

Really comfortable stay. Our new base for stayovers in Valencia.

Great location, wonderful service snd rooms are very comfortable and quiet
