Really nice place Everything is always clean Really good breakfast Employees there to help Rooms bigger enough Nice lounge A lot of facilities: sport place, rooftop, pool (was not open), meeting rooms, restaurant… Nice location, close to the Túria, the Arts & Science buildings, the city center by scooter / taxi / bus Or even 45min walking

So loud at night can hear banging for ages and super loud music blaring around hotel. U will get a rubbish sleep

Great property and close to the main points of interest. A little noise because the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the guests on the hallways and in the upper floors.

The best hotel so far from the 3 months I’ve stayed in Spain. Person very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, well managed, and super kindhearted. I have been in this property on and off for the past month for a total of 24 days that I even missed the hospitality of the hotel when I left out of town. Can’t believe the hotel is well managed by Alvaro, Teresa, Noelia! Reception is beyond helpful on how to get around Valencia, shout out to Salvador, Georgia, Pepe # 1, Pepe #2, Santi, Jose, Elot, Carlota, Oscar, Raquel and all of them are super friendly. The bar personal was beyond my expectations as well along with the restaurant crew. Special thanks to Xavi, Antonio Fernando, Gigi #1 & #2 along with Felix. The restaurant has excellent food as well. I’ve been to the hotel chain of Senator and it does not compare to the management of this hotel. I totally recommend it for anyone that visits Valencia. I can't comment about the hotel's installations, as I wasn't able to get to the hotel due to the strong rain in Valencia in the days before I arrive for my stay. I can, however, express my dissatisfaction to customer service, because I have sent them several emails to justify the reasons for not being able to be there for my stay, and I never received a reply.

Good value and good location for walks through the Turia Gardens.

Nice hotel. Very central. Room thermostat didn't work, had two tries in getting it fixed. No tea and coffee facilities in rooms but yes and coffee available from the bar. Meals lovely with 3 course dinner for €20. Staff friendly. Great parking under hotel. Overall very central. 2 hr bus tour within 3 min walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes round about the hotel.

Georgia, Jose, Salvador, charlotte, Fernando Antonio, and xavi, the best staff so far, it made me realize that I need to come to stay a few more days, the hospitality and the welcoming was beyond my expectations, literally that I want to come back more often. Shout out to the reception staff and the bartenders at the bar. Thank you

My stayed has been beyond expectations great staff, friendly, very accommodating, housekeeping, great food, and drinks. When I checked I knew, that I was going to enjoy my stay at the hotel. The reception staff greeted me like I was family or I was a VIP member. Salvador and Carlota were so helpful getting me checked in without a hassle while I was having a drink at the bar. Very friendly reception staff in addition the bartender was knowledgeable with the drinks. Thank you Exe Rey Don Jaime Hotel for making my stay very comfortable.

This hotel has a great roof bar with a pool, great views of the city, a nice gym area, a sunny outside rooftop area, good food, and the staff were my favorite while in Spain. I stayed at a few places. The morning crew were helpful and had a good sense of humor. I would stay here again for sure.
