Too loud, elevator broken ice machine broken and blood on pillow case

Room was clean. Good breakfast and hot coffee

Elevator was out of order which was a problem for my 65 year old mom. The stairwell smelled like piss even tho you could smell the cleaning agents. Also very noisy. Pool not accessible

The bed and room was clean and a/c was cold. The front desk ladies were nice

The elevator that was broken and was not communicated before my stay. The overwhelming smell of green and burnt marijuana in the hallways and outside of the building was not pleasant. The side entrance was not secured and any of the homeless residents in the surrounding neighborhood could come enter the building with out the knowledge of the front desk staff.

That you had to go down to the first level for ice. My room smelled like smoke, and I saw roaches inside of the building.
