"My favorite place to stay in the East Bay"

The hotel staff is wonderful. The waterfront location is beautiful. It is quiet and does not feel like you are in the city. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable.

"Arguably the best location at Jack London Square"

As an impulse experience during the a holiday weekend it was a great spot for what we wanted. Lovely service at the restaurant too.

Had a wonderful stay! Characterful art deco style building, great room with huge double balcony, and super helpful staff. Location was awesome too. Will definitely stay here again!

The front desk and valet were constantly helpful: just extraordinary people. The pool is perfect and uncrowded: super kid-friendly (we have two rambunctious and adept swimmers ages 6 & 8, and a newbie who at age 3 loved it too). The location couldn’t be better: Jack London Square with great places to eat and explore, including inches from the ferry to SF. Will return at a regular clip in the future!
