The walls were falling into the room, the room smelled of weed and cockroaches and when i went to check the matteess there was what looked to be fresh blood on the mattress

The room was very large and bed was comfortable. Great value for the price we paid (had a couch, kitchenette) but the room was very, very old and needed a lot of TLC. Ceiling looked like water damage, holes in walls, carpet worn. We are not super fussy, as long as it doesn't smell and bed is comfortable. Needed a coffee maker & TV by couch to make it better - or at least coffee in lobby.
