Very disappointing stay ,here for four days would have not stayed was we saw the place ,no where else to go .meant tobe luxury room’s definitely not .Lack of staff so no one emptied our bins or refreshed room at all in four days .Bins in public toilet near bar not emptied,dog poo bin not emptied ash trays just outside on tables full not emptied.would not recommend ,and would not go back .I expected to pay the high price ,but it should have been a lot better for that money .£560 for four nights .food ok ,looks like landlady works hard but she needs help I would say .very dissatisfied.

We stayed for a couple of nights in the rooms and the 4 star rating did baffle me, especially as the rooms aren’t serviced on a daily basis. The staff are very friendly and the bar area is pleasant, although the owners 2 dogs regularly barking was a bit disturbing at times. The fact the Inn is situated on a busy road, did make it noisy at nights and I didn’t find the bed particularly comfortable

Good value for money. No thrills room with basic but clean facilities . Owners are friendly and helpful. Will stay again

The property was clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was very good. It was in a good spot to get to where we wanted to go. Its on a main road and the pub was not noisy so fid not affect our sleep. Its not in a pretty village but the surroundings are lovely. Its good value for money.
