Langham Huntington, Pasadena, Los Angeles

My two sons are college athletes in Southern California and I try to go to most of their games. My go-to hotel is the Langham Huntington Pasadena. I have stayed there over 20 times in the last three years. Lucky me. The superior treatment starts when I make reservations with the Reservations Supervisor who is so responsive and always books me the perfect room. When I check in the front desk team greets me by name and welcomes me with the biggest smiles. The rooms have been remodeled and are beautiful. They are clean, light, airy and roomy. The beds and linens are so comfortable. The hotel grounds and amenities are beautiful and top notch. I often walk around the resort and take in the perfectly manicured gardens. My sons and I have also enjoyed playing the games (ping pong, corn hole, etc.) on the manicured lawns. We have also enjoyed hanging out at the TWO stunning pools that offer lounge chairs in the shade or the sun…with complimentary towels and great pool service. I always end my day at the hotel bar where the bartenders know my drink and pour it for me before I even sit down. I am treated like family at the Langham Huntington Pasadena and it is the only hotel I stay in when visiting So Cal.

Room HVAC not working, room 66...took long time to get moved....new room had terrible, soft lumpy bed.

The hotel was beautiful, and the facilities were perfect. Every person we met was very kind and professional, especially Patricia at the club. She was awesome and treated us and everyone at the club with special care, exceptional service, and a wonderful personality.

I had planned to spend the week of my birthday in Central California with my girlfriend, but we decided last-minute on a staycation in Pasadena at the Langham. From check-in to check-out our experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive, and the food/drink options at the Club lounge during our stay kept us coming back to it when we weren't out exploring the city. It was an experience we will not forget!

My husband and son and I enjoyed our stay at your beautiful resort. The room was very cozy but when we opened the curtains all we saw was the roof! No view. But we were not in the room for long. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside on a balcony attached to the room. Maybe next time.

Our stay was fine as we had family in town for Thanksgiving! (the Langham says I have to have 92 characters)

If you want to experience luxury like it's supposed to be, then spend time at the Langham. I would highly recommend getting a room with Club Lounge Access. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is beautifully located in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood and set on extensive lush grounds. The rooms are well appointed and extremely comfortable. The facilities are spread across and around the hotel grounds and building and are all excellent. Dining options are plentiful and each restaurant was delicious

This was absolutely the most evil and disgusting place I’ve ever been to in my life. Every single person that works at this Hotel is disgruntled mean obviously untrained and doesn’t understand anything about hospitality or Customer Service. It’s almost like they know their hotel is horrible and they hate their jobs and lives and they’re taking it out on you. The rooms were absolutely dirty and disgusting. The food was horrible. My girlfriend and I literally walked out for the management to brag that no one’s ever gonna find out from the owners to the general manager. There’s really no words that can express how every single facet of this hotel cannot only fail on every level, but everyone is very confrontational and actually wants to fight with you. I’ve never experienced anything in hospitality like that before every single person we encountered that worked at this hotel was a yelling screaming lunatic or just extremely incompetent or had to run away and get their boss who didn’t know what to do on every problem in every situation stay away from this evil horrible place with dirty rooms, bad food and extremely rude employees!!
