I like everything and I like the attraction of the hotel.

I didn’t like they didn’t serve you pancake or waffles for breakfast.

We stayed as a group of 7 people, and the hotel was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. The rooms were comfortable, the room service was good, and the interior of the hotel was beautiful. Overall, it was a great choice for our group stay.

There was nothing major we disliked. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The staff all seemed unhappy during our stay. From the receptionist, who was rude and unapologetic, to the buffet and food service staff, I rarely encountered anyone who was friendly or smiling. The overall level of customer service was disappointing. To make matters worse, the room I had specifically booked on the App was not available at check-in, even though I arrived during the stated check-in time. Why even allow to choose a room on the App if you can’t even get it. The property itself is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms are outdated, and both the pool area and atrium feel old and worn. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from the Hilton brand.
