Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport Waterfront

Breakfast was great, kids enjoyed very much. Room was big and serve us well with 3 kids. The location not too far from the airport is perfect.

I liked all the complimentary items and free breakfast. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our visit.

The only thing we did not like was how the elevator and stairs needed our hotel key to go from floor to floor. We understood why they have it just was confused when using the elevator.

The location was great. Helpful staff when my daughter got sick.

Price was a bit high. Bathrooms could use some renovations.

Staff was friendly. Facility was clean.

Not having the option to control ac unit. It was very hot. Tv is very outdated. Upgrade to smart TV. Since everyone uses smart devices such as phones and ipad put some docs with usb and USB c options and probably wireless chargers.

I accidentally booked a non-cancellable reservation here, but went ahead and stayed... We realized too late that the shuttle would NOT be coming early enough for our needs, as it is not 24-hours, so had to book a $$$ Uber (which drivers kept backing out of, leaving us wondering). So don't stay here if you have an early flight. We missed the reception, unfortunately, but we got a free bag of ruffles and famous amos cookies, along with waters as Gold Elite "benefits." Like, what is the point of such lame benefits? Then we spent $100 for a subpar meal at the only open restaurant, which took about 75 minutes to get the food, the server not directly apologizing but blaming it on a large party that backed up the kitchen - on a Friday night, no less, which they should have been prepared for. We should've just left the premises for dinner, with all of San Francisco's restaurants at our disposal, but were hoping for an early night. We immediately noticed that our bathroom sink was clogged, I checked to ensure that the drain stop was not down and got some nasty hairs on my fingers, so that was not pleasant. They did send up maintenance to address this, and they had ample time to do it, as the restaurant took FOREVER. At least the sofa bed was made up.
