Jojo was awesome. Great conversation. Love this place and their made to order omelets! Ava at the bar is so friendly and a great bartender! The BEST Embassy Suites in LA close to LAX.

Weird layout but very big and check in is easy. Room is spacious.

Great hotel, Patrick was amazing to chat with and showed me other awesome Hilton experiences that I’m excited to try. Very friendly and cool staff, the bartender at their cocktail hour was really cool as well- overall good evironment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The proximity to LAX made it really convenient for shuttling to and from the airport and only 5 minutes from the nearest beach. I was concerned about the cost of parking since a local friend was going to stay with me. At $45 a day, the cost would have come out to almost the same amount as our stay, but there was a ton of free street parking. Just be sure to watch the signs for sweeping days and adjust accordingly. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience so fun. Special shout out Maria and Evangelina at the evening reception, Ali and Juan at the omelet station, Patrick pushing them Hilton Grand Vacations, and Catalina who took care of the room housekeeping. This location will be my go-to stay when visiting the LA area!

This was one of the best stays I’ve had in years. Though short, it was easy and restorative. Served a simple yet full breakfast and drinks at the evening reception. The facilities don’t look brand new, but well curated, and obviously well cared for. Patrick and Anutia were particularly helpful, I was on the verge of delirium from traveling backwards in time for almost 24 hours straight without sleep and they initiated contact by asking me if I needed any help while was sitting at the lobby and got me checked in as early as they possibly could once the room was available. They were both super friendly and thoughtful communicators. Every single staff member I encountered was quite friendly and went out out of their way to accommodate. Plus, there’s nice flora along the residential road, despite being next to the airport. I booked the location almost solely based on the fact that there was an airport shuttle and the architecture was cute, but boy did I get a lot more than I bargained for, in the best way possible.

This hotel was the perfect location for the things we wanted to do in L.A ! The staff we came across was absolutely amazing from the breakfast to evening social! Thank you Maria and Evangelina, from evening social , Juan & Ali, in Breakfast, Catalina in housekeeping , and Patrick who chatted with us during breakfast for future trips . You all made our stay special ! ♥️ Thank you !

So, four stars and not five? Why? Because the hotel is nice enough, but the folks behind the scenes are outstanding. For instance, at the evening reception we were hosted by Eva, Marie and Nijole, they treated us like family and made our experience wonderful. Always cordial and full of positive energy. The morning made to order breakfast (which is rare these days) same thing, they are hard working, diligent, courteous and do an exemplary job. The front desk people were awesome as well. The people in the hotel make a difference and certainly this hotel is benefited by the work of these fine employees. It turned out we had to do another repeat visit to this area in a week and a half. We didn’t think twice about booking this hotel again because of the people who work there.

Beautiful hotel! Daisy was great for lunch and Samantha at the front desk was super helpful! Patrick helped show me around and taught me some great things about what Hilton has to offer!

I love going to this Embassy Suites. Look for Maria at Happy hour. She is so nice.
