Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles LAX South/El Segundo

The 2nd flight home from Australia got canceled due to snow. My husband booked me a room while I was in the air, so I arrived to a canceled flight but a lovely stay in LA. This hotel offers a generous happy hour every evening, as well as a decent breakfast. Evangelina (Eva) was the bartender the nights I stayed. She made one of the best margaritas I've ever had! So was so kind and engaging with all the guest. She was particularly connected to the children, making the customized Shirley Temples and inquiring about their future endeavors.

Loved this hotel. It felt vibrant at alive and unique - not the typical cookie cutter Hilton. Beautiful plants in the lobby, Spanish architecture, amazing breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff. (Patrick was incredible!) It is a bit older, but we found it charming and will come back. We stayed in a suite that had a separate room, which was perfect for our family of three people with different sleep habits. The price was great as well.

Patrick was extremely pleasant. He made our day by far. He has excellent customer service.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Patrick was awesome. The drinks and omelets were delicious. It's a really nice location and happy we stayed here.

Chenise is top notch! If you have some time to kill at the bar, in the reception area, or in the lobby, make sure to set aside some time to chat with her about the Hilton Resort deals that are available from coast to coast! She’s super knowledgeable, hospitable in nature, and very engaging. Aside from Embassy Suites South’s cleanliness and proximity to great restaurants and entertainment, it’s hard workers like Chenise that boost the value of the experience during a hotel stay. A+ for Chenise!

Very good breakfast clean rooms. Arianna & Flora were very helpful. And Patrick informative & ha ing a frre shuttle was a extra perk.

The hotel is good, we have a great stay but I want to do a special mention to Gareth cook from desk, I left my wallet in resection and he call me and left a message in WhatsApp to letting me know, but I was in Colombia already, he keeps my wallet safe until I pick it up today, six weeks after, it is in perfect condition, thank you so much, my family and I are very grateful for your honesty y kindness.

We were arriving into LAX very late for our bodies, and all we needed to do was to get as easily as we could from the airport to our beds!! :o) And that's exactly what we got with this hotel. It made the perfect place to get a good nights sleep. The hotel rooms are built around an internal courtyard set up, like many Embassy Suites. The lobby was decorated with Christmas decorations, and a Christmas tree, which made it feel warm, and welcoming. There was a water feature, with turtles, which was a really nice thing to see. Candy Cane Lane is just a short walk from the hotel, should you be there during the Christmas period. Breakfast was good, with its Omelette Station, and other breakfast buffet staples. The room was spacious, and clean, with sufficient towels, and toiletries for the whole family. Overall we had a good stay, and if you're looking to stay close by the airport, I don't think that you could really go wrong with this one.

Great location the shuttle pickup was smooth. The hotel itself is great. We have been to many embassy suites location and this one was different but in a great way. Front staff was great was always there to help. Don’t look at those negative reviews. We were checked in within 30 min it was our anniversary and the front desk sent us a beautiful bottle and chocolates, the room was great we had a view of the airport. Breakfast was great as usual. And whole ever is gonna complain at free hot food should seek help. The managers reception was great. Only suggestion would be to have other items like cheese and crackers if possible. I had a chance to deal with the GM at this location as we had a very slight issue but she made up for it by taking care of us more the. I expected . Speaking to a GM if anything is something you usually don’t encounter but again staff was great. The evening front desk staff was great as well. Everyone was always willing to help and this place is very kid friendly . Love the little water fall that has the turtles.

Anna, Andre, and Patrick were the pillars of our experience here at Embassy Suites LAX south. After a rather rough and devastating experience at the lax airport leading us to miss our flight back home entirely, their prompt response and compassion for our situation was very helpful, as well as encouraging, to our trip morale. Anna was so kind and very supportive during our check in process, going the extra mile by making sure that we had some sort of hydration with complimentary water, as well as checking in on us through communications to ensure our comfort. Andre was very swift to get us to the hotel safely and efficiently which was very appreciated. Patrick has been super informative on how we can get the most value out of our trips with using our newly created Hilton membership, and was very pleasant to converse with over these topics. From having a terrible experience with airport management and services at LAX, to coming here for one night at the Embassy, these kind people have truly turned our experience into something special.
