Embassy Suites el Segundo, the whole staff was amazing. House keeping was excellent, Paula kept the room in tip top shape the whole trip. Evangelina worked the snack bar in the evenings, extremely friendly and made great drinks. The Barcotta staff were awesome too

Eva was amazing. She helped me at the bar during happy hour and was delightful.

My flights got changed so I needed a room for my family of five, and I’m so glad I chose Embassy Suites. The hotel is beautiful, feeling like a courtyard in New Orleans, and the rooms were lovely. Staff were all very kind and the breakfast is fantastic (don’t miss the omelette station!). I would have written a positive review regardless, but what ensured me taking this time was my son realized once we got to the airport in the morning that he left one of his AirPods in the bed. I called the front desk and they confirmed that it was there. We made arrangements for the airport shuttle driver to bring it to lax on his next trip over and within 45 minutes of his realization, my son had regained possession of his lost item. That kind of above and beyond service will make me a customer again. Highly recommend

It is so beautiful when you first walk in. I have never been to a hotel like this. Patrick was amazing. I was here for 2 nights and both days he spoke asked if I needed anything. He made you feel noticed.

Chenise was very friendly and welcoming! She really made our experience great! Maria at the bar was absolutely amazing! She remembers you, initiates great conversations and is an amazing person!

Patrick in concierge was so helpful. Maria the bartender was so sweet and made amazing drinks . The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious

Breakfast was awesome! Flor made some amazing omelets! The evening meet was great with the drinks, Daisy made some of the best drinks! Patrick was the best help, giving us directions and made us feel so welcome! We will always come again!

The hotel decor is gorgeous with a lot of character. The rooms are spacious and the sliding doors with a small balcony gives it more character. The bathrooms could use some updating. The tub was old and the faucet water was leaking. This property has the potential to be 4.5 star rating, but it needs some updating in the rooms and the staff lack good customer service, especially being a Hilton brand. The receptionists were not welcoming, helpful, or friendly. I asked one of the housekeepers for extra wash clothes and was told he did not have any. He never attempted to provide any more information.

Everyone was nice, but Patrick made it a great experience. He is friendly and greeted me each time I had breakfast and inbthe lobby. The bar food is awesome too!!
