Repeat customer will stay again

We stayed at the resort for a low-key bachelorette weekend and had such an amazing time. The staff is so responsive and accommodating and the property is gorgeous! We especially appreciated Isaac and Charlie, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I am definitely planning to go back soon!

This was the best property i have stayed at in VA. Top notch service AND via text!!! Delicious espresso in room!!! Excellent pool; excellent marina. The worst problem with the room(deluxe king) were the spiders in the room but they didn’t bother us. Although king room description states sleeps3, had only one king bed ( no rollaway.) Wifi never worked- but they refunded us for that. Front desk gave me the wrong description for the buffet breakfast- she said “continental breakfast”- its much more than that, so being given wrong information was annoying. These issues were cleared up with management- therefore… Cant wait to go back for a longer stay!

The soap containers in shower were sitting on the floor of the shower and the shower head was not tight and leaking.

The service is lacking as it’s hard to get attention from staff in the restaurant. Had a hard time at the gate in front of the resort, as the security guard yelled that visitors have a different lane than the residents, but the sign was not visible when we arrived at night.

My visit was better than expected.. The entire Kingsmill was fabulous

Room was VERY small and not as pictured. Got lost trying to find the right building. Directions and map were poor.

Staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the food at the Marina restaurant was excellent. The pools were clean and big. We enjoyed our stay very much

Kingsmill Resort provided the absolute, perfect well deserved bestie girls trip for these young at heart, 60 plus girls getaway🤗 Now…. The cherry on top of of the VERY BEST sundae ever made,,,,BRIAN GREENHOW 🏵️🏅🥇. He provided the most gracious, patient every request fill - from escorting us from place to place in his luxurious golf cart, to bringing me a bag of salt!!🤩. If I could rate him individually, he would earn 50,000 stars!! Thank you Kingsmill for the lifetime Bestie week…. Hopefully we will make it back!
